Our Team

Before joining us, our practice manager Jesse, was a watercolour artist. He sold his art through an art gallery located on the Sunshine Coast. Jesse began his career at SmileBright Dental by completing his Certificate III in dental assisting with us, quickly progressing through the roles, and ever since he fell in love with the practice.

One of Jesse’s main personal values is a continual growth mindset. This began with his artwork, he consistently challenged himself to paint more complex art pieces, once he mastered one art form, he would challenge himself with the next more difficult art form.  This growth mindset continues with his practice management, always self-reflecting and seeking improvement in his skill set in order to best lead the team to success. Jesse believes in leading with positivity and encouragement. His goal is to build a happiness-centric work environment as a foundation for providing the best care for our patients.

Jesse has now completed his Certificate IV in Dental assisting allowing him to offer increased support to both our clinicians and our patients. Jesse can take all forms of dental x-rays, impressions, digital scans and oral health education. 

Diana has worked in dental for almost a decade and has worked in all aspects of a dental practice.

As the Back Office Team Leader, TK brings a strong passion for all clinical aspects of dentistry and a genuine commitment to supporting the team, practitioners, and patients behind the scenes. TK particularly enjoys designing and creating CEREC crowns, hand-painting them to seamlessly match each patient’s neighbouring teeth.
