Before joining us, our Practice Manager, Jesse, was a watercolour artist, selling his artwork through an art gallery on the Sunshine Coast. Jesse began his career at SmileBright Dental by completing his Certificate III in Dental Assisting with us. Through dedication, hard work, and a passion for learning, he quickly progressed through a variety of roles and soon fell in love with both the practice and the profession.
One of Jesse’s core values is maintaining a continual growth mindset. This began through his artwork, where he constantly challenged himself to master more complex techniques. Today, that same mindset drives his leadership, as he continually seeks to learn, improve, and better support both our team and our patients.
Jesse believes in leading with positivity and encouragement. His goal is to build a happiness-centric work environment, believing that when our team feels supported and empowered, they can provide exceptional care and an outstanding experience for every patient.
Jesse has completed his Certificate IV in Dental Assisting, allowing him to take dental X-rays, perform impressions and digital scans, and provide oral health education. Continuing his commitment to lifelong learning, he has also commenced his Master of Business Administration (MBA), further developing his leadership and business management skills to help lead SmileBright Dental into the future.

Diana has worked in dental for almost a decade and has worked in all aspects of a dental practice.
With her Certificate IV in Dental Assisting, she is able to take patient X-rays, impressions and scans. So not only will you meet her at the Front Office, you may meet her during your appointments!
Diana is deeply committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both patients and her team. She goes above and beyond to ensure that patient care is consistently exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel valued and comfortable.
In her free time, Diana loves relaxing at home with her two cats and playful puppy. She finds joy and comfort in their companionship and the lighthearted energy they bring to her days.
Diana has a passion for gaming, often immersing herself in computer games as a way to unwind and challenge her mind. She enjoys exploring virtual worlds, solving complex puzzles, and engaging in the creative and strategic aspects of gaming. It’s a hobby that not only helps her relax but also allows her to connect with friends and fellow gamers in online communities. This blend of animal companionship and gaming brings a balance of fun, relaxation, and mental stimulation to her downtime.
As the Back Office Team Leader, TK brings a strong passion for all clinical aspects of dentistry and a genuine commitment to supporting the team, practitioners, and patients behind the scenes. TK particularly enjoys designing and creating CEREC crowns, hand-painting them to seamlessly match each patient’s neighbouring teeth.
Outside of work, TK is a busy mum of two who keeps her on her toes, and she loves exploring all things food, travelling, and cruises. TK has a lifelong love of the ocean, which led her to compete in Waka Ama (outrigger canoe racing) for over a decade, representing both New Zealand and Australia at world championships in several countries around the world.
In her downtime, TK is a fan of house plants, whales, and the world of Harry Potter. She also loves true crime and random animal facts, all of which keep life fun and interesting both at home and at SmileBright.
